Banner Ads:
Standard banner ads (GIF and JPG) - please allow two business days for all changes to creatives.
Third party service, HTML banners, rich media, and all non-standard deployments require special handling - our standard testing period for these creatives is 10 business days.

All banner ad impression counts are based on internal serving of the page featuring your ad. Variance from internal service counts and external (third party) service may range as much as 10% or more - in case of discrepancy, Teachers.Net's logged impressions are determinant of actual delivery.

Email Blast: (sample 1 and sample 2)
Up to 50 characters for Email subject. Maximum 500 words copy suggested.
Due to compatibility issues between various email programs, rendering of HTML email content in various email clients may vary. Teachers.Net assumes no responsibility for content rendering by different email programs.

Click here for complete email blast design specifications and tips.

Email Discussion List Sponsorship:
Up to 5 lines text copy (ASCII text only)
Up to 72 characters per line (including URL).
No HTML markup permitted.

Rich Media Specifications:
Due to the fact that not all browsers are Flash capable, advertisers must include a backup gif with all Flash ads.

Teachers.Net does not allow banners to automatically download plug-ins or ask the user to download plug-ins. Advertisers must provide code which automatically recognizes whether or not Shockwave plug-in is installed. If a Flash plug-in is detected then the Flash media will be shown. If not, the backup gif media should be shown.

All audio must be user-initiated; the ad may play sounds, but only if the user clicks on it, or leaves the mouse cursor over the ad for a minimum of 3 seconds.

Our standard testing period for any rich media ad is 10 business days.

All rich media ads should be delivered in full working order, include necessary components and be capable of being displayed on all browsers and all platforms. If the browser is incapable of showing the rich media ad, a backup animated gif should be shown instead.

Our standard spelling for the Macromedia Clicktag element is "ClickTag". If your creative uses other spelling than this, please notify us in advance.

We reserve the right to pull any rich media ad from rotation due to technical problems.
