meeha/ece/tx - Hi, teach!
teach - Hello!
meeha/ece/tx - How are you this evening?
teach - I am writing my resume and in need of some advice on capitalization
meeha/ece/tx - I teach IN English, but I work with preschoolers! Do you have a question for English teachers?
meeha/ece/tx - I might be able to help with that .....
meeha/ece/tx - hi, pkteacher!
meeha/ece/tx - teach -- what is the question? resumes I've done!
teach - One of the bullet points on my resume reads: Compiled and presented daily lesson plans in language arts, reading, science, social studies, and Everyday Mathematics. Should I capitalize language arts, reading, science, and social studies??
pkteacher - i have a resume writer
pkteacher - hello, am typing with one hand, holding daughter in other
teach - Everyday Mathematics is a formal program we are using
meeha/ece/tx - either that or simply say math ...
meeha/ece/tx - I'm confident your math instruction includes more than that which occurs in the daily plan for "Everyday Mathematics" ...
meeha/ece/tx - good luck, pk teach ... can be touch trying to balance babe while typing!
teach - This information is for my substitute teaching over the past eight months
teach - How old is your daughter?
pkteacher - my "baby" is 3
meeha/ece/tx - I'd still say it goes beyond the Everyday Mathematics program ... you might post your question to the job hunting c hat board ... or new teachers ... or ask again in a few minutes
meeha/ece/tx - others may have a better idea than do I!
pkteacher - i have a 6 yr old and 4 yr old son
teach - What is your opinion about capitalization of reading, social studies, etc.
Riley - not much time...just wanted to check this Tuesday evening thing out!
meeha/ece/tx - hi, eve and Riley! Welcome to our weekly early childhood teachers' meeting!
Riley - Trying to put my own in bed~
meeha/ece/tx - I think I'd leave them lower case.
Riley - Hey there meeha!
pkteacher - agree with meeha
Riley - Thanks for the welcome!
meeha/ece/tx - What do we want to talk about this evening? Planning for March? Springtime? A math or language project query? How shall we start?
teach - That is what I thought. Another bullet point reads implemented lessons in Spanish. Should Spanish be capitalized?
meeha/ece/tx - I'm glad you're here, Riley!
teach - Hello RileyQ
meeha/ece/tx - As the name of a language, I believe "Spanish" should be capitalized ... per English rules
teach - I must be tired!!!!!
Riley - Hi teach!
teach - Who invented resumes anyway??
Riley - Do any of you have a PReK or Young Fives or DK program in your building?
teach - I just graduated from school and going through the grind of looking for my first job.
meeha/ece/tx - teach, I think I would try to find a way to make the content following the bullets similar ... either all caps, or all lower case!
meeha/ece/tx - Riley -- I work with special needs preschool on a general ed campus.
meeha/ece/tx - Hi Melissa! Welcome to our weekly early childhood teachers' meeting!
teach - Thanks for your help!
Melissa/1st - hi thanks...this is my first time
meeha/ece/tx - Wish I could help more, teach ... just so hard to know!
Melissa/1st - are you doing the big job search teach?
teach - I am certified to teach K-6 but can not find a job
teach - How is the job market in your areas??
pkteacher - Has anyone ever done pen pals for their class?
Melissa/1st - pk im doing it right now
meeha/ece/tx - teach, it can be a long wait ... and SO frustrating ... while you wait for your classroom to come!
Melissa/1st - with a class in Ireland
Melissa/1st - teach have you tried subbing?
Melissa/1st - however that didn't provide an "in" for me
acoop - Do you do any casual teaching in the mean time teach?
meeha/ece/tx - pkteacher -- this year some of my students are attempting a "Flat Student exchange" with a small class in the Ukraine. It can be hard for them, they just don't quite get it!
teach - I sub in three districts now and am ready to settle down
Melissa/1st - I hear ya
acoop - Is everyone in here EC?
pkteacher - i would love to do it, i was cntacted by someone in australia, but i haven't heard anything back from her yet
teach - My husband is Ukrainian
acoop - yes it does meecha
meeha/ece/tx - teach -- at one point I subbed for no less than five districts, could work 25 days a week, but couldn't get a single job offer! (applied for over 300!!!)
pkteacher - I was thinking of as a class, sharing our activities, i have a 4 day class and we do quite a bit, just wanted them to have a new perspective
Melissa/1st - pk my experience with Ireland has been amazing
acoop - pkteacher I am in Astralia and have tried contacted someone but didn't hear from them. What site was it?
pkteacher - teachers are needed in our area, our subs stay busy
meeha/ece/tx - pkteacher, three years ago my kiddos did Flat Stanleys -- we got responses from all over the world! Those kiddos KNEW the map, too!
pkteacher - preschool ed
teach - I feel like I am in good company in the struggle to find a classroom to teach. Isn't it crazy!!!
acoop - Is preschool ed the site?
teach - Where is everyone from?
Melissa/1st - i remebered that there was purple
meeha/ece/tx - the hardest thing about being a "sub" is that if you're good at it ..... the schools don't want you in the classroom -- they want you to sub for them! It kind of bites in multiple directions!
acoop - Nice to share.
meeha/ece/tx - teach -- I work near Dallas, Texas.
pkteacher - yes, i am sorry, preschool education the message boards
pkteacher - north carolina
Melissa/1st - teach what area are you from..the detroit area NEEDS teachers
acoop - I was using global school house.
Melissa/1st - by that i mean the heart of detroit
teach - Good point! If you are good as a sub they want to keep you as a sub but if you are bad they don't want you as a full time teacher. Catch 22
teach - New York
Melissa/1st - ahhh willing to relocate?
teach - It would be a bit of a drive. Can't relocate.
Melissa/1st - meeha i don't know how to respond
pkteacher - well, acoop, if you don't hear back let me know, i would love to
acoop - I take it then that you are EC and want to set up e-mail exchange. I could see if my son's EC director is interested for you. I'm EC but teach primary and are studying so I can teach from 6weeks to grade 8 figure I have to get a job with that scope.
teach - Thanks for your advice. BYE>
acoop - bye teach
Melissa/1st - bye teach
meeha/ece/tx - Good luck, teach! Keep looking!
pkteacher - no email for me, we were going to do mail packs
acoop - What was it you were interested in again?
acoop - hi hockeyr
Melissa/1st - what is a mail pack?
Melissa/1st - if i'm not being to nosey
Hockeyrabbit - hi
meeha/ece/tx - pkteacher ... we're sending "flats" off this week ... the kids are decorating "suitcases" for them now ... will ship out to Ukraine soon.
meeha/ece/tx - Hi, Hockeyrabbit!
pkteacher - being pals with another class
meeha/ece/tx - snail-mail exchange rather than e--mail contact
pkteacher - no, i mean drawings, writings, pictures throught the postal system
Addie /MO - we had a website that went with our theme each week that the kids could do as a center , we used educational software, and accelerated reader for those who were ready
Melissa/1st - has anyone ever heard of sound necklaces?
pkteacher - no, we are a half day program
acoop - Hockeyr, how do you integrate the computer use?
meeha/ece/tx - Addie has (I think!) a good space unit on it.
Addie /MO - yes, they had a computer lab time and i often stayed in the lab and helped with going online.
Melissa/1st - I'm interested in doign these
Hockeyrabbit - yes, I got some ideas, but I really am looking for something to do with science
meeha/ece/tx - http://www.enchantedlearning.com should have good space ideas
meeha/ece/tx - as should http://www.perpetual preschool
Addie /MO - yes, i have a space unit http://www.geocities.com/athens/aegean/2221/space.html
Hockeyrabbit - I have it as a center..we also have a prog (for older children) called kids work delux that enables them to write stories etc..good prog.
meeha/ece/tx - Have you checked out the NASA website, Hockeyrabbit?
meeha/ece/tx - Also check out http://www.pbskids.org
Addie /MO - when the computer was a center they were required to stay on the assigned site and the monitor was turned in such a way that i could see what they were doing while i taught a small group
Hockeyrabbit - addie-I couldn't get on your site
acoop - Addie are the computers only used in the lab or do you have a few in class?
Addie /MO - i would explain how to use the site to the whole group before the center time on mondays. then it was the same center all week and different kids would choose it
Addie /MO - i had two computers in my classroom and the class went to the lab once a week, where there was one computer per student
acoop - What about networking?
Melissa/1st - goodnight
meeha/ece/tx - 'nite, Melissa -- come back soon & often!
Addie /MO - try again at the top of the hour, geocities shuts it off if it is using too much bandwidth. my site is free!
acoop - Was the internet only used for fact finding or as a learning tool? Nite mel
Addie /MO - acoop, what do you mean "networking"?
acoop - Learning networks like global school house, teach net where bulletin boards, forums, chat video conferencing are incorporated.
meeha/ece/tx - my students use the computer with specific (local) programs ... either on the computer hard drive or on cd-rom ... no internet work at this time.
Addie /MO - we used the internet to discover information, used sites that had educational games, and learning about different topics. i chose sites that had lots of pictures
Addie /MO - we also did internet projects with other classes
Addie /MO - acoop, i didnt use those resources with my class
acoop - Thanks for answering my questions I am studying the educational value and how sites such as this promote learning for educators (life long learning) and students.
meeha/ece/tx - pkteacher -- do your students get time in a computer lab?
acoop - I am looking at how they are use in EC and primary levels and how they could be used.
pkteacher - no, we are a half day program, we do not have computers in our rooms
meeha/ece/tx - I have students who work on pre-literacy skills (matching letters/sounds/ listening .....) , early math skills (patterns/sequencing, counting, concept development, etc.), and some early "fun" using Kid Pix and similar programs. W
acoop - Until yesterday and today I thought chat was a waste of time but scince getting into this meeting room and drawing on knowledge of other teachers world wide and their experiences I am seeing its value in promoting learning.
meeha/ece/tx - We also use the 'puters to enhance language skills -- verbalizing predictions, following directions ...
pkteacher - we are a church preschool and have limited time, so we use all of it for learning in some creative way or another, i teach at an affluent preschool and all of my students use them at home
meeha/ece/tx - acoop ... the knowledge I've picked up here ... not to mention the friendsips and professional support ... have been immeasurable!
meeha/ece/tx - that makes sense, pk ... I used to try to limit time on the 'puters -- now the kids self-limit (don't choose the 'puter very often now)
meeha/ece/tx - a teacher in Florida and I are now "team-teaching" across the miles ... supporting each other and learning from each other!
pkteacher - yes, some of my kids spend too much time in front of theirs, they talk about it all the time
Addie /MO - i think that chat can be used especially with a little bit older kids to interview experts and ask questions of others. i helped a third grade class in our building chat with dave melanson, who is a visually impaired man that does inservice to sensitize teacher to issues with students and visual impairments. the students asked questions in a chat format and it worked great. it was just part of a study they did on visual impairments. their interest was sparked by a basal reader story and then they wanted to learn more. they also invited one of the kids grandmothers to class who was blind and had a seeing eye dog. the internet wasnt everything, but it certainly enhanced their learning
acoop - That is cool!! I still get confused with the vast differences in education systems between USA and AU. But I am certainly seeing the friendships and the way they help teachers get by.
pkteacher - that is great, i have a wonderful assistant who is about to leave, i need a teacher pal
pkteacher - i understand addie
meeha/ece/tx - acoop, one thing it truly does is help us to appreciate the good things about where we are ... and what we might try to improve!
Addie /MO - in summer school a couple of years ago, i taught a multiaged class on australia. we corresponded with a class in australia via the internet and email. we emailed digital photos to each other. another teacher from australia had a parent who was relocating to the us and had him mail us a jar of vegemite when he arrived in the US. that was quite an experience
acoop - I agre with that meecha as well as guiving insight into new ideas.
meeha/ece/tx - absolutely, acoop!
pkteacher - i took over my class in january and i am just trying to get the kids to recognize their numbers
meeha/ece/tx - Addie -- that sounds like it was a great experience for all involved!
acoop - You can't beat aussie vegiemite. I had it today for lunch.
meeha/ece/tx - numbers or numerals? what techniques are you using to date?
acoop - Addie how did you go about setting it all up?
meeha/ece/tx - Hi Dave!
Addie /MO - i found midi files where we could listen to waltzing matilda and the advance australia fair. we explored the great barrier reef online. we also did hands-on activities like creating an australian flag and making a salt dough map of australia. again, internet wasnt everything, but it certainly complemented everything we were doing
acoop - hi dave
Addie /MO - dave, i was just talking about you. were your ears burning?
Dave MontrealCan - Good evening everyone just dropping in to say hello
pkteacher - basically, i am tying to get them to have recognition of their numbers as they relate to objects
pkteacher - basically, i am tying to get them to have recognition of their numbers as they relate to objects
Dave MontrealCan - addie no in fact i did not even see that lol lol lol just logged in here now
Addie /MO - most of my kids didnt like the vegemite...acquired taste, i understand! LOL! we sent some digital pictures of us tasting it and did a graphing activity with who liked it and didnt. i bet the aussie kids thought our pix were funny. they all said how much they liked it
acoop - how did you contact the other class orriginally. I agree that the internet is not everything as another area I am studying id the impact it has on face to face social interaction.
Dave MontrealCan - i would like to invite everyone tomy session tomorrow evening in this room at 9pm eastern time
pkteacher - and to see the number 6 and know that it is six
meeha/ece/tx - pk ... are you in need of activities? materials? songs? what would help you to help the children be more successful with number concept?
Addie /MO - i knew of some teachers in australia that i had met chatting in here. one person i used to chat with on icq frequently. i just told them what i was doing and then we brainstormed online what would work out. i used search engines to find sites about the great barrier reef and the aussie songs.
meeha/ece/tx - numeral identification ... it takes awhile!
Dave MontrealCan - addie what were you mentioning before i am curious
acoop - What is the metting dave?
Addie /MO - dave, i was telling them about setting up the chat with you and the third graders and how the internet helped the students learn about visual impairments
meeha/ece/tx - Dave ... if my homework regarding technology is complete I'll try to stop by!
Dave MontrealCan - acoop the meting is about mainstreaming an dintegrating sight impaired and blind children into the regular classroom environment
pkteacher - meeha , basically, the teacher before me went over the numbers but there was no repitition, so I am trying to give them that, we have a K and they expect for them to know certain things
Dave MontrealCan - addie did any of the students have additional questions after the session
Addie /MO - no, i thought that a couple of them might, but you know kids....it gets to be recess time and their minds go to other things!
acoop - I might drop by I casual at a prescool for deaf and blind children It is integrated.
pkteacher - they are supposed to be able to count to 100 and recognize 20, identify the vowels in the alphabet and know their phonics
Dave MontrealCan - acoop you will be more than welcome
meeha/ece/tx - pkteacher ... what do they learn in kindergarten?!!!!!
Addie /MO - pk, what do they have to learn in k if you have to teach them all that stuff????
acoop - what age are they pkteacher?
Teacher 2002 - Whats your subjects/?
pkteacher - hey , they had them working on blends
meeha/ece/tx - Addie -- I'm laughing! *grin*
Teacher 2002 - There is no subjects about lesson plans
Addie /MO - pk, i think you should skip all that counting stuff. they need to learn that in the womb....move straight to college algebra!
pkteacher - i know, i had a talk with our director, but their parents are the ones pushing it
meeha/ece/tx - LOL< Addie!
pkteacher - rofl, try to explain that to doctors and lawyers
Addie /MO - oh, add lsat prep and molecular biology to the curriculum. that will make those parents happy
pkteacher - they are 5's who were too young to go last year (or their parents held them back)
acoop - Well guys I need to go my littly is awake now and wants to go play. I need to have all your permission to print this meeting from the archives tomorrow for my assignment on computer networks. So can I have it?
meeha/ece/tx - I've been reading and hearing how all this pushing back of curriculum is having marked impact on our children ... not only are they gaining knowledge earlier, they are maturing earlier and earlier ... you don't just get increased early academics - -you also get early maturation and the related behavioral issues!
pkteacher - sure
Dave MontrealCan - Does anyone have a visually impaired or blind child in theo rclass this year
Addie /MO - yeah, but i dont think that you need our permission
meeha/ece/tx - go for it, acoop!
acoop - Well I will be submitting it and I am just being polite.
Addie /MO - totally, you start having the "cliques" and kids worried about what they are wearing and boyfriends and girlfriends! in kindergarten! (maybe sooner)
meeha/ece/tx - Dave -- I have four children who need glasses -- three have pretty severe problems -- one doesn't even have glasses that fit! (her parents haven't gotten her eyes checked in 2 years!)
Dave MontrealCan - acopp hope to see you tomorrow evening
pkteacher - i agree meeha, some of the kids in my class are ready, some are not and could care less, and i want to know if i have to teach k, can i at least get paid k
Dave MontrealCan - Meeha have you talked ot her parents she needs to have glasses it sounds like
Addie /MO - pk, are you a certified teacher? if so, you might want to look into the public schools, but i am afraid if you get kdnrs...you probably have to teach first grade.
meeha/ece/tx - Dave -- we've talked about the threat to her vision in the future if it remains uncorrected -- they know. Brother is legally blind in one eye! They're just overwhelmed ... just learned she is a child with autism.
Dave MontrealCan - Meeha wow but she needs help my goodness
meeha/ece/tx - pkteacher, if you offer the material the kids will glean what they need. I teach at multiple levels ... some kiddos simply get exposure, others demonstrate mastery ... Challenging children to be successful can be tough!
Addie /MO - it is devastating for parents to hear a diagnosis that maybe they are unprepared for, but it doesnt make sense that they wouldnt want to try to prevent further disabilities....especially light of the fact they have the autism to deal with.
meeha/ece/tx - Dave, I think they're trying to find a local eye doc who will work with her! Behaviors are going to be an issue ... then we get to train her to wear the glasses! (it took us four weeks to get her to let us comb her hair in the morning! Now mom can do it before school!)
Addie /MO - meeha, i think that is the ticket, teaching everyone where they are and helping them to go forward. it is challenging, but it is meeting each child's needs
meeha/ece/tx - Last I heard they were pursuing it as best they know how. We offer support, but they have to choose to accept!)
Addie /MO - oh, they are concerned with her not wearing the glasses because of the autism?
Dave Montreal - Meeha you are teaching k
meeha/ece/tx - Dave -- I work with preschoolers with special needs. This child is four.
pkteacher - yes, but i stayed at home with my children for 6 years and do not want to go full time, i think things just need to be put in perspective for some of my parents, i agree meeha. i came in the middle of the year and the first teachers plans were well her plans.
meeha/ece/tx - Addie -- no, her glasses were SO small we couldn't see forcing her to wear them! They hurt her! ... now they're broken!
Dave Montreal - Meeha wow but it must be tough visual impairment on top of autism
meeha/ece/tx - Little bit doesn't seem to mind at all -- seems to see okay -- right eye crosses in SO bad! And there are other vision issues as well.
Addie /MO - oh, i see. that is a problem to have the glasses so ill fitting that they are uncomfortable. i thought that with her autism that she might resist the sensation of glasses
meeha/ece/tx - I'm concerned when they get the glasses we won't be able to keep them on her. She is SO strong-willed ... but she is learning to cooperate more every day.
Bo - Hi Addie, I teach 5 and 6 year olds with disabilities
Dave Montreal - Meeha but her mom in the beginning could not brush her hair in the mornings
Bo - Hi meeha, what age group are you working with
Addie /MO - with encouragement and time she will learn to wear them. i suppose every new thing is a big issue with her.
meeha/ece/tx - Dave -- no ... but now she can! Parents are learning ... slow curve, but they do try!
Addie /MO - bo, i am an elem. assistant principal
meeha/ece/tx - Bo -- 3 to 6 years of age.
meeha/ece/tx - ..... special needs angels .....
meeha/ece/tx - Dave, these parents learned that their child is autistic when she was 46 months old! They just thought she had some difficult behaviors!
Addie /MO - nice chatting! cya L8R!
Bo - Meeha, I have a 6 year old autistic boy who refused to walk, wanted to be carried. We took lots of photos of him walking and being carried (he particularly loves pictures of himself) and sat down with him and drew big red marker lines thru the pics of him being carried. Each time he whins t o be picked up we take him to his picture board and he picks out all the pictures of him walking "like a big boy" and gets a treat (he likes gummy bears) It seems to change his focus.
meeha/ece/tx - Shortly after her 4th birthday I did a home visit and did the first of any real instruction they have received about the autism!
meeha/ece/tx - Bo, if we can get glasses for her we might try pics of her in the glasses -- she loves to mug for the camera!
PJ - Question for Bo -- So he whines and he gets candy? Seems like not the greatest connection to me ...
Bo - Meeha, so far this child has responded for several months to this picture system, so far so good
meeha/ece/tx - That is great, Bo!
meeha/ece/tx - Right now I have 2 5 year olds in Kinder settings part of the day ... getting ready for full inclusion in the fall in Kindergarten!
Bo - No he gets candy for stopping whining and accepting not being carried, going on with his day. I ask him, look at your pictures, which one do you choose, he always chooses the right one, gets his gummy and it doesn't come up again that day.
PJ - YAY, Meeha!
pkteacher - i am fighting a losing battle, it disappeared before i could copy it, is there a way to get it back, lol
pkteacher - i am trying to prepare wind socks, talk, and look at the same time
Dave Montreal - well night all take care everyone
meeha/ece/tx - This little gal has come a llllllloooooooonnnnnnnngggggggggg way since entering my classroom in October --came in with 2 words, now talks in 3 - 5 word phrases, probably has 250 words in her vocab! Follows directions (maybe 60% anyhow!), very artistic, follows social/classroom schedule cues sans individual schedule (uses classroom picture schedule), fabulous progress ... just hope it continues!
Bo - pk I am trying to eat nachos and cheese and type!! Messy
Bo - That sounds great meeha, by getting to keep her for several years, you get to see so much progress. Most of my 5 year olds I only get to keep one year. That can be frustrating
pkteacher - my dh, gets upset when i eat at puter, but life goes on
Bo - Meeha, do you have the boardmaker picture symbol chart program on your puter?
meeha/ece/tx - Bo, sadly I think they're moving toward the end of next month and will live in an adjacent school district -- won't be eligible even for transfer to my site!
Bo - Oh no, that's to bad meeha
pkteacher - great, at least one of us is on task, lol
meeha/ece/tx - This is my 3rd year with one boy ... (actually 1st year I've been able to get his parents to "agree" with ARD committee decisions) ... we've come a long way!
meeha/ece/tx - ..... of course, I'm almost done with a masters' degree in sped ... 9 hours in ABA ... but we're getting there!
jBo - What I was going to say about boardmaker symbols was that I have had more success using actual photos, Meeha
meeha/ece/tx - I actually have my best luck using black-line drawings I make myself ...
Bo - Goodnight meeha
pkteacher - no, but soon, need to finish prepping the wind socks
Bo - Good night to all
meeha/ece/tx - We're doing "fire station" ... community helpers ... transportation now -- big push is related to "fire" t heme.
meeha/ece/tx - it is just the two of us now ... will be really slow!
meeha/ece/tx - we're doing a 'rainbow' of learning for our open house b.b. ..... balance of our activities will be related to earlier themes.
pkteacher - it seems like it would move faster
meeha/ece/tx - the rainbow will be children's hands (painted) on the bow ... "pot of gold" will be books, learning ... wealth of knowledge school can offer everyone!
pkteacher - how long is your school day, meeha
dewzer - I thought I would join the powerpoinbt discussion - did I miss it?
meeha/ece/tx - dewzer -- i don't know when it is ... did it happen last night?? maybe it is in the archives already?????
dewzer - oh, Not sure thought it was tonight. Thanks!
meeha/ece/tx - pkteacher ... I have 17 kiddos who attend 3 hours / day ... 1 attends 5 hours/day ... 1 attends 7 hours/day -- hows that for confusing??!!!
dewzer - where are you all teachers?
meeha/ece/tx - and then ... some attend tu -- fri, one attends m-w-f ... attendance is always a trip!
meeha/ece/tx - near dallas, dewzer
pkteacher - whew,
pkteacher - north carolina
dewzer - I teach grade 2 in british columbia. Guess you two are having a private conversation here. sorry!
meeha/ece/tx - nah -- just finished up ec meeting -- glad to have you join us!
pkteacher - no, dewzer, i am trying to reinforce wind sock holes, lol, slow typing
meeha/ece/tx - I guess that "technically" we should take our chat to Room One ...
dewzer - actually, i am looking to learn more about this powerpoint discussion so I'll be going now to see if it happened last night. see ya!
meeha/ece/tx - pkteacher ... how much of your children's projects do you pre-cut ... pre-work ... before they get them?
meeha/ece/tx - good seeing you , dewzer -- hope you find what you're looking for!
dewzer - thanks
pkteacher - it just depends on what it is, i am just hole punching the paper and reinforcing the holes, so it will not take so long to put together tomorrow
meeha/ece/tx - pkteacher -- send me an email and I'll try to pull together some numeral/number identification activities for you ..... I need to go, bed IS calling me ... just getting over the bug.
meeha/ece/tx - we've been known to do that, too!
pkteacher - ooooh,if you don't get it in a couple of days, let me know, my email has been on the fritz
meeha/ece/tx - I've got your addy written down -- will try to remember without the reminder ... but my class|(university) teaching son = full plate for me ... (I forget lots!)
pkteacher - i understand that, lol
meeha/ece/tx - ..... and don't forget to check out the chat obard and the mail ring for ideas and support! :_)
meeha/ece/tx -
meeha/ece/tx - 'nite.
pkteacher - thanks, have a great night
