Kelly - Good afternoon, everybody! Everyone getting ready for the AC? Are you filling out the outlines?
dj - I'm 5 and 6 social studies. Can anyone help me prepare for assessment?
clm - JP- Will you be taking your assessments in July?
Kelly - Hi dj - gee, I'm sorry, but I don't know anything about the other assessments....are you MC-=GEN?
JP - I am taking it on June 13th.
dj - No Social Studies - Middle
clm - JP Good luck. How was it compiling the portfolios?
Kelly - dj - The best advice I can give you is to follow closely the prompts/examples given in your AC booklet. Ours follows that very closely.
JP - It was a wonderful experience but very, very, very time consuming!!!!!!!!!!!!
dj - Thanks! :)
clm - I am completing my Masters in Early Childhood, and will graduate in June. It was very time consuming, is this what I can expect of Nat'l Boards?
JP - I got my masters in 1997 and this is a lot more time consuming becasue you do it in a few months.
Kelly - clm - a masters program and this are two very different things. Some say this is like completing your masters in about 4 months. And what you get from it is very different.
Debbie Mc. - If you apply early and order your box in June, you'll have much more time to devote to the process.
clm - What can I begin to do now, even before I start in September?( I called and they are sending me an application in the beginning of May.
JP - CLM start collecting documentation for professional and community entries. Things like certificates from conferences you have attended.
alice - hi kelly, it has been awhile since I have been here. i was on vacation and recooperating. I think I got post National Board stress syndrome.
Kelly - Alice - that's very understandable. We've all had it from time to time.
Kathleen - JP, is documentation of prof dev for the period before becoming involved with the NBPTS cert. process submittable?
alice - anyone know anybody working on the nb for ESE?
JP - It can go back 5 years.
clm - Can I use grants that I have been awarded for the professional and community entries. I have attended an orientation meeting, when I send in my application, how long before the "box" comes?
Debbie Mc. - Alice, it took me weeks after the AC to feel normal again. I think we push ourselves so hard when we're going through this that our bodies and minds are exhausted.
Kathleen - As you approach the assessment, what kinds of support do you all need?
Kelly - clm - I don't think they send them until the summer. But you should get yours early and have LOTS of time to work on it. That's great!
JP - grants are great!!!I It took my box about 1 month. I ordered in June and got the last of July.
alice - I have been trying to help another teacher with hers. it seems so diffficult compared to ours. Debbie Mc. I thought I was alone out here.
kinderjane - clm- I ordered mine in the fall and it took longer. Probably less time the earlier you order.
Kelly - Kathleen - there are four "exercises" at the assessment center. Each is for 90 minutes. It's basically shoot from the hip of reacting to prompts. One each for play, math, science, and literacy.
Debbie Mc. - CJM show how it impacts student learning and write about the significance.
clm - Thanks JP and Kelly. Can anyone give me an example of one of the assessment center exercises?
JP - CLM Put in lots of student impact!!
Debbie Mc. - Alice, it seems difficult because you're not familiar with it. I've had the same problem helping an Ex. Needs candidate.
kinderjane - clm- don't worry about the assessment center until you finish your portfolio.
alice - Any advice for the literacy portion of the AC? I have been copying the books that are suggested off the list.
clm - kinderjane- I worry about everything!! I am just curious!
JP - Kinderjane what types of things are you doing to prepare for assessment center???
Jane - I am new at this. How can I get info about the assessment for EC-Gen?
Kathleen - Jane, have you ordered the materials to get you started, or are you still in the exploration stage?
alicebob - Debbie Mc. about the Ex. needs person. Is that person working on a ring like we have? it would be hard because no one has that degree yet so they are all lurking in the dark
kinderjane - Someone asked how I was preparing for lit. I brought some second grade reading and writing portfolios home to read this weekend. Two low children and one average.
Debbie Mc. - Yes, but it's a little unorganized since no one has certified in this area. I think it's like a guessing game at this point. Kind of like what I did last year before I found Kelly.
clm - I am still here. Anyone else going for EC in the fall of 2000?
Jane - I am new at this. This is the first time I have ever used the internet to chat so be patient. I am wanting to know about EC_Gen assessment.
Debbie Mc. - Jane, what do you need to know about assessment center exercises?
Kelly - bette - but if you are certified by your state to teach, I think that constitutes a valid teaching credential....
Jane - I would like to know how to prepare. Are there certain materials to use for preparation?
Kelly - Jane - email me at lkelly46@cs.com and I can get you lots of help! :)
Kathleen - Is the portfolio development phase the one when teachers need the most support? Do all EC-Gen candidates go through that phase simultaneously?
kinderjane - Kathleen- It's hard for me to say at this point, but I don;t think preparing for the assessment center will be as intense as the portfolio. That is yet to be seen for me!
Debbie Mc. - Jane, I was not familiar with play, so I read on that topic. For the math and science, I wrote lessons for every strand and topic. I wanted to be prepared. A lot of things you already know such as what children already know about the topic for math and the misconceptions of science topics.
Debbie Mc. - For literacy, you will be somewhat prepared because of the portfolio entry.
kinderjane - Debbie- I have plans to do all of that. And study all possible science topics.
Kelly - Jane - use those outlines! :)
Kelly - Hi Dana! Thanks for the pictures and the article.....but one set of pictures didn't seem to come through. Got the one of Lara, and the newspaper one of TJ....
alicebob - I feel like that, but any key comments that are being looked for if you know what I mean. I thought I did pretty good the first time around, but not good enough.
Debbie Mc. - Kelly's right Jane. Use those outlines and take notes so you don't have to scroll back so much during the 90 minutes.
bette/tx - kinderjane are you working on this?
Kelly - clm - you're studying for Ec-GEN, right? I can't remember with being kicked off of here so often today!
alicebob - In the scenerio they gave it didn't appear that the child was so delayed, so I am really not sure how I missed the boat. I thought I had a lot of good ideas, but must have missed something along the line.
kinderjane - Bette- I have turned in my portfolio and preparing for the assessment center.
Kelly - bette - what's a CDA? I saw Kathleen mention that earlier and meant to ask.....
Debbie Mc. - Alicebob, I didn't think to make notes, so I spent a lot of the time scrolling back and forth. My AC scores were all high except for literacy and that's what I thought I knew the most about. I connected to her needs and strengths, interests, etc. but that was my lowest AC score. I'm sure that I must have left out some impt. info.
alicebob - Debbie, I am going to use the scoring guide example and write the whole thing out before I go in and basically copy it. does that sound like a good idea?
Kelly - bette - there is a link to write to them on that opening page of the website - I think it's down near the bottom.....
Debbie Mc. - Isn't a CDA an Associate Degree in Child Development?
clm - Kelly- No I didn't, could you give it to me? I REALLY would appreciate it!
kinderjane - Alicebob- Do you mean the lit. child in the preparation materials? Or your question at the AC? I thought the one in the materials was way behind.
Debbie Mc. - Are you talking about the math and science Alice?
Kelly - also, do you have the link for the practice assessment center exercises? I think that really would help!
bette/tx - debbie it is an early child hood certificate..Childe develevopment assoicate...but you do have a certificate and renewed... ...
clm - Kelly- Thanks! Any suggestions on what I could be doing now in preparation?
Debbie Mc. - The AC questions has a very similiar format to the booklet you received. Just different topics.
alicebob - kinderjane, I'm talking about the one at the AC center.
kinderjane - On the math question where it says "Develop 2 learning experiences" does that mean lesson you would work on in one day? Or a series of activities.
Debbie Mc. - Bette, I think you have to have a bachelor's degree, but I'm not sure. I hope that you can go through the process. It's very helpful in improving your teaching practice.
Kelly - The simulation exercises are at http://www.uni.edu/coe/nbpts Try that ....it should give you great practice...it's timed and everything
alicebob - I scored pretty good on the others. good enough not to be able to take them again.. I am down 21 points only. Debbie and Kinderjane are you both certified already?
Debbie Mc. - Jane, I designed lessons that built on each other. One right after the other.
kinderjane - Alicebob-I am not....yet! Going thru the process now.
Debbie Mc. - Thankfully, yes Alicebob.
Kelly - alicebob - did you say what you're retaking at the ac? I missed it....
kinderjane - Debbie- Do they give you a time period? One day per lesson, one week for a series? I am confused on how in detail to plan.
alicebob - kinderjane, i did what Debbie Mc. did, lessons built on one another
Debbie Mc. - Let me look, Jane. I'll be right back.
alicebob - Kelly I am retaking the literacy and could use a pointer or two. is there a key to what they are looking for? like I said i thought I had some good ideas, but stil scored low on that section.
Kathleen - Our April Teachers.Net Gazette includes an article about NBPTS Cert. http://teachers.net/gazette/APR00
Kathleen - alicebob, did you get any feedback or indication about why you scored low?
Dana (carbag) - Even the second grade teachers I know who took the AC did not do well in literacy - a bit in intimidating when they teach 2nd and still don't do well!
Kelly - Kathleen - we don't get any feedback besides a score. That's it. It's up to us to figure out what we did (or didn't do!).....
kinderjane - alicebob-The directions don't say the lit. will be a low second grader. Just second grade. I got some lit. portfolios from our second grade. Low and average. Do you think that is appropriate to study?
Debbie Mc. - Jane, my scoring booklet says sequenced and meaningful.
Kathleen - Kelly, there should be some feedback, that would be more productive.
alicebob - kathleen you don't get anything personalized, I guess I need to really get to looking at all the assessment center materials and should be better prepared for next weeks caht.
clm - I asked this question before, but got no response. Is there anyone like me who will be going through this process in the fall?
Kelly - Kathleen - candidates get one sheet of scores in November - for the 6 portfolio entries and the 4 assessment center exercises. That's it. But if you stick around the process you begin to see areas that you did not understand before....that's why it's such a fantastic professional development. You construct your own learning from your own practice.
Debbie Mc. - cjm, there are a few on our ring who are doing this next year.
Dana (carbag) - clm, I am a candidate now, but hang with us you will learn a lot that will help you next yr!
Kelly - clm - we have many people already working with us who are hoping to go through the process during the 2000 - 2001 school year.
kinderjane - Not today clm. We are all either NBCTs, bankers or candidiates! And Kathleen. :-)
Debbie Mc. - Alicebob, use your scoring guide. The rubric should help.
clm - Thanks, I sure will.
Dana (carbag) - Mary Lou is one who is planning on doing it next yr.
Dana (carbag) - She posts on the ring sometimes...
alicebob - I guess I will look through the scoring guide and try to make more senses of everything. the AC center is so intense that you walk out in a sweat.
kinderjane - Woah Kelly! What an insightful statement!
Kelly - Dana - yes, you're right about Mary Lou....and there are several others.....
Kelly - Jane - I've had lots of experience with "hanging around" this process! :)
kinderjane - Alicebob- are just redoing the lit. question? Did you redo any portfolio sections?
alicebob - yes, I redid the community, and the literacy. I feel that I did a great deal better this time around.
Debbie Mc. - Alicebob jot down the specific questions they ask and remember to try to answer those.
Debbie Mc. - You're very welcome Alice. Let me know if I can help with anything.
Dana (carbag) - Debbie are you talking about jotting down the ?? they ask at the AC in literacy?
Kelly - Debbie is FIRST CLASS help!
Dana (carbag) - Me too, Debbie!
Debbie Mc. - Yes, those and impt. info about the student. That will save time scrolling Dana. I lost lots of time doing that.
alicebob - Debbie, I believe that I have you in my address book from previously. if not you are on the onelist, correct?
Dana (carbag) - Yes, Debbie is wonderful to help us all!
Debbie Mc. - Thank you Kelly. Yes Alice. I joined right before the AC last year and my AC scores were higher than portfolio.
Kelly - Debbie - I found scrolling back and forth to be time-consuming, too. I jotted notes on blank pages I took in....
Debbie Mc. - You all are too nice. You'd be surprised how much you've helped and inspried me.
Kelly - Jane - I'm not on aol, either, and I've been booted out of here several times today.
alicebob - I had no idea about this ring or any thing else. I was on my own. If you have seen my posts I keep saying how thankful I am to have found other teachers that like to share ideas.
Dana (carbag) - Debbie, do you think the trouble with literacy is failing to address some of the questions they ask about the reader?
Debbie Mc. - Use those sample questions and the scoring guide and you'll feel quite at home at the AC. And try those sites with simulated exercises.
Kelly - Debbie (and Kathleen!) - that's what is so phenomenal about this process....the growth that we each experience by rubbing elbows with one another and going through this! It's so much better when you see it in your own teaching!
alicebob - good question Dana
kinderjane - Alicebob- I started on my own. There are two other candidates in my district and we have worked together. Thank goodness! And we somehow got hooked up with a great, but out of state, mentor. The ec-gen ring has been so wonderful.
Kelly - I think that it would be a tremendous help for the literacy question to study some of those questions that everyone was posting about using on entry 2 in the portfolio....you know, about oral language, etc. You should address all of those in the ac even tho the prompt may not......am I right Debbie?
Debbie Mc. - Dana, if I remember literacy was my last question and I really don't remember what I even wrote. I probably didn't address all of the questions. But the notes for the math and science certainly helped me. I forgot my notes on play and that was my highest score.
alicebob - kinderjane, where are you? I am in Miami.
Dana (carbag) - Debbie, it seems like no one really understands where they "miss the boat!"
Kelly - Debbie - you must have prepared well. You know...it's like an open book test. If you prepare well, you don't even need your notes because you've actually learned the material!
Debbie Mc. - I think you're right Kelly. The scoring guide says a deep understanding of lit. development and draws on strengths across domains of development. It also says varied approaches.
Dana (carbag) - Kelly, that is a great idea to use the ?? everyone was posting for literacy - do you have them?
kinderjane - Alicebob- I live in the town, not city, of Pickens, South Carolina. Near Clemson University if that helps any.
alicebob - I had great notes on play and they helped a lot becuase I teach third grade and only taught fist last year.
Kelly - I think we could make a "clear, concise and convincing" list of what to look for in literacy development from all of Virginia's (and other's) posts during the portfolio!
Dana (carbag) - alicebob, what did you use to study for play?
Kelly - Yes, Dana - you know I keep EVERYTHING! I'll work on it and post it!
Debbie Mc. - I really found that preparing those math and science lessons helped me because I relaxed right off the bat. The questions in the book are quite similiar, just different strands or topics.
Dana (carbag) - GREAT IDEA KELLY!
Debbie Mc. - Kelly always has good ideas.
Dana (carbag) - I knew we could count on you Kelly!
alicebob - I guess I need to get the materials out that I printed from the literacy entry and try to put it together. Dana, I found a lot of good info. off an early childhood website that I found on the net. some people have suggested some books on the ring, which I hope you are on. if not you need to be.
Kelly - I'll come up with a list for starters.....then everyone can add to it. I'll post it by tomorrow....okay?
Melinda - I feel great now that the box is gone. I went to class today and did a pretend math prompt in the time limit - very enlightening!
alicebob - Kelly, you are the best. Anyone going to the convention that I have seen mentioned on the list.
kinderjane - Sounds great Kelly! Gotta go girls. I have a date with my husband on Saturday nights. See ya'll next week! :-)
Debbie Mc. - I'm really glad to see all of these practice sessions. That will make candidates who have that opportunity feel relaxed. But even those who don't can rest assured that the questions at the AC will be written in the same form as the booklet they received.
Dana (carbag) - Melinda, how did you do the pretend prompt?
Kelly - alicebob - I'd love to go to Orlando. I went to Washington last fall. But that had some special circumstances attached to it....don't think I'll get to go this time.....
Melinda - They gave us prompts and we just responded in word.
alicebob - was it wothwhile to go. what happens there?
Debbie Mc. - I can't afford it and I don't think my district will pay. I might ask my Asst. superintendent though. Maybe he'd persuade the powers that be to send me.
Kelly - You guys...Jennifer is certified, too......and a reading teacher.......hit her up with your literacy questions!
Kelly - alicebob - I was in awe with the energy that you could FEEL in the rooms! It was incredible. I was with several people who are NOT teachers...and THEY felt it too!
Dana (carbag) - Jennifer, do you think the problems candidates have at the AC is that we fail to address all of the questions????
Melinda - Today when I did my "pretend" one that was the stress - I started putting random thoughts instead of sticking with the ?s . . . but I was not prepared - had no idea we were doing this today
CNJPalmer - My assessment center exercises were not as strong as my portfolio. In fact I did not pass the constructing curriculum. I honestly don't know what other candidates do on assessment center exercises...I knew that I had touble with putting down all I knew in the short time given for each question.
Kelly - Melinda - the more practice the better you'll be! You'll feel more comfortable with the setting!
alicebob - Jennifer, I am not even sure what to ask because I have'nt looked at the info in a long time. I just remember seeing the case study on the screen and providing suggestions with supporting statements for each idea.
Debbie Mc. - I think that some people are surprised when they have to read the questions and then scroll to another page to write. The format is different than what we're used to. The questions are not written and lying in front of you to refer back to.
CNJPalmer - I also did not study as I probably should have because my husband was very ill. YET...even as I write this I am thinking that the exercises were alot like a classroom situation. Making instructional decisions under pressure! :)
Dana (carbag) - Melinda, is it a class you are taking, where you got the practice prompt for math, or the simulation site?
alicebob - I guess I need to approach the situation with more intensity. I also had a problem with that scrolling thing. I think the NB could have laid it out better to save us time
Debbie Mc. - The program is probably due to the computers that are available at the Sylvan centers.
Melinda - I am taking seminars at a local college, but it is not a mentor program - more just speakers on topics relating to the standaards
CNJPalmer - The scrolling WAS a huge pain in the neck. I started to take notes on the student work samples and prompts so I wouldn't have to keep scrolling back. It saved me time.
Kelly - Debbie - yes, it is....they had to go with something that would fit all those centers. Doing these there is new - only a couple of years old. Before that, you had to travel to a site - only a couple in the country. This is much more convenient for the candidates.
alicebob - Jennifer, you are on the onelist and I will get in touch with you once I get going. I took a break from the portfolio and will get to this literacy section and try to put the pieces together.
Melinda - I did get the advice to write all the questions down on paper so you did not have to scroll up and down. She said it took time to do it but was well worth it
CNJPalmer - Alicebob...just let me know...always glad to help anyway I can
Debbie Mc. - I think that some colleges have great mentors, but some of the professors that I have spoken to don't realize that the emphasis is not on how you write but what you write. They don't seem to understand that it is based on YOUR classroom and not Piaget, Pavlov, Jung theories as much as using those standards.
CNJPalmer - Have you all seen a new book offered to NB mentors? I have the flyer at school...supposed to become available in June. I am wondering if anyone involved in the book is an NBCT
alicebob - Kelly, do we have this chat next week? if so I will see you than. I need to get some fresh air. been cleaning and grading papers all day. The weather in Miami is just great. Thank you all for your help. see you during the week on the ring. enjoy the rest of the weekend
Debbie Mc. - What's the book's title, Jennifer?
Melinda - Maryann Manning is the professor that started ours and is wonderful. She has really changed her college courses to met NB standards
Kelly - alicebob - we're here every Saturday!
CNJPalmer - Can't remember but I will let you all know next week on the Onelist. I need to bring the flyer home. Something like "Mentoring National Board Candidates"
CNJPalmer - My administrator got the book advertisement through ASCD or something
Debbie Mc. - Melinda, there were quite a few professors at the conference that I attended. They want to align courses with the standards, but they are new to the idea. Some of them were having to write syllabuses or syllabi(?) for courses being offered next year and were not even familiar with NBC yet. They were cringing over the time factor.
Dana (carbag) - next Sat. I will be in Columbus, Ms for a AC prep class from 8am - 4pm given by MSU. i will share what i learn with the ring
Kelly - Thanks Dana - we need all the help we can get! :)
Melinda - Dana when are you taking your assessment? Is anyone else taking it in this room?
Debbie Mc. - Jennifer, in the booklet sent to Certified teachers this year, there was quite a bit of info on being a candidate advocate.
Kelly - Debbie - one of our universities here had aligned everything. Helps to have the Dean personally involved in nbpts! This one has helped writing standards and then helped with writing portfolio prompts!
CNJPalmer - Dana I would love to here what is done in the prep class. We simply take candidates to a local university to share curriculum guides. Yes Debbie...I saw that! I found that booklet to be a real help.
Dana (carbag) - Second week in July - want plenty of time to study!
Debbie Mc. - That sounds like a great resource Kelly.
Kelly - No kidding! She's a long time family friend....actually was my jr. high teacher, too! :)
Debbie Mc. - Did she help you through this Kelly?
Debbie Mc. - Yes, Dana. Please let us know.
Kelly - Debbie - she's not really involved in EC-GEN...but she's helped me in many other ways...and has always been very supportive of everything I do! We work together on other things, too......wonderful person.
Dana (carbag) - Miss. has the World Class Teaching program - offers Sat. workshops the yr. before candidacy, the summer before and mentoring during the process - it is great!
CNJPalmer - Gotta go...I have been avoiding the school work I need to do all day. I have to help my husband with his business (antiques) tomorrow...So I should be going...I will see you all on the Onelist.
Dana (carbag) - Jennifer, thanks!
Debbie Mc. - I am trying to corral NBCTs in Ky to get together and organize a program, incentives, stipends for candidates and mentors. Hope it works.
Kelly - Bye Jennifer - great to see you! Hope your husband is doing well.
CNJPalmer - He's doing great....thanks... SEE YA!
Debbie Mc. - Bye Jennifer.
Kelly - Debbie - wish I lived in Kentucky! We are trying to do some of the same here in Missouri. I just wish I could finally get certified so I could be a louder voice!
Debbie Mc. - Kelly, how much more impact do you want? Look what you've done for candidates all over the country!!!
Dana (carbag) - Jennifer, is your husband still sick?
Melinda - Kelly who was your jr. high teacher? I missed something.
Debbie Mc. - I wish you lived in Kentucky too. But you might not want to right now. Not much for NBCTs. YET!
Kelly - Debbie - but Missouri doesn't recognize this process as important. We need to get more exposure!
Dana (carbag) - KELLY, YOU WILL CERTIFY!!!
Kelly - Melinda - a lady who (through another family connection) became involved in nbpts early on....she has helped develop standards and portfolio entries at the jr. high level.....she's wonderful. Smart lady.....
Debbie Mc. - Kentucky doesn't either. But we're working on it. KEA is pushing it, so that should help. I'm presenting to the Third District tomorrow night!
Debbie Mc. - Any thing you guys want to say to them?
Kelly - Debbie - good luck with that! I know you'll do us proud! :)
Kelly - Tell them what a tremendous impact this has on a teacher's individual practice!
Dana (carbag) - I picked up a brochure about our school district and it was rather interesting - our super. won't give us any days to work on NB, but he has the NBCT listed as a "drawing card' to our district!
Debbie Mc. - The word is slowly spreading. Now I have help in my own district. Our superinetendent may be retiring and my husband's friend may be our next. He wants to push NBC.
Debbie Mc. - I've got that covered Kelly. Thanks.
Debbie Mc. - Dana, the same thing happened to me. We applied for a waiver to be a Title 1 school. Our principal won't recognize my certification but guess what's listed in the request?
Kelly - Dana - my district has done NOTHING to support me. I have taken personal days to work on this each year......but they will want to play it up big whenever I make it. It'll be hard for me to let them do that. I probably will have some strong words for them at that point! :) They're pretty used to my mouth!
Kelly - Okay, kids.....I need to jump in the shower so I can be presentable! Going over to my brother's for dinner!
Debbie Mc. - Kelly, I refused to go to a district board meeting to be recognized because they would not give me a professional day to go to Frankfort and be honored by the Education Professional STandards Board.
Kelly - Debbie - I envision something similar when I make it! :)
Dana (carbag) - Wow, Debbie! What a great opportunity for you to help spread the word about NB process through the new superintendent!
Kelly - But I'll probably go and be mouthy with the press!
Dana (carbag) - Have fun kelly!
Debbie Mc. - Kelly, have a good time. You bet. I'm going to use him for everything that I can get for future candidates and mentors.
Kelly - Talk to you all later........I hate to leave two of my favorite people! :)
Dana (carbag) - I am flattered!
Dana (carbag) - Well, Debbie, any words of wisdom for me! LOL
Debbie Mc. - Thanks Kelly. You all are mine too.
Debbie Mc. - Dana, you're going to do fine. Just study those questions you have, look at the scoring guide and make notes. Use those resources being posted. I have no doubts you'll be certified and certifiable after this.
Dana (carbag) - Certifiable for sure!
Debbie Mc. - Well Dana, my niece is here to use my tanning bed. It's in the same room as the computer so I have to sign off. I have AOL Instant Messenger and Kelly and I chat when we both have time. She said that you two do too, so maybe we can get together there.
Debbie Mc. - Pray for my husband a job too Dana. He was laid off 6 weeks ago and we need a job badly.
Dana (carbag) - Oh, I will pray hard, Debbie! Thanks for your help! What is your IM name?
Debbie Mc. - Do you want to leave the message that we're finished?
Debbie Mc. - I think it's NBPTS mentor or something like that. It was the only thing the computer could choose that wasn't already taken.
Dana (carbag) - I will put you on my Aol buddy list!
Debbie Mc. - Okay Dana. Bye. Enjoy the rest of the weekend.
Dana (carbag) - Opps! That's all folks!
