This culture of fear in teaching appears to be present, but
Educational professionals such as teachers, principals, parents
are silent in that everybody knows that this is common, but no
one speaks out against it. If someone does, they are swiftly
isolated, alienated and subject to punitive actions. I'm curious
to know from others about this. I certainly have a story to tell
about this intimidating culture in education by principals to
teachers, teachers to teachers, teachers to principals, teachers
to students, and so on. What are your thoughts?
