    Sorry about the previous response as I don't frequently post.

    Yes, it is about working conditions as described. I am looking
    for an organized way to communicate better with our local
    CTA board rather than just reporting to our school site reps.
    A survey of our members could show all members what are
    the most pressing issues and we would be less divided; more
    informed. Also, the clarity could facilitate better
    communication with our district.
    So, I am in search of a survey from a district that has quality
    working conditions which leave the teachers in their best
    form to respond to the needs of students as people as well
    focusing on training for Common Core lessons/strategies. I
    feel that we need a better balance.
