    I'm assuming you have a bachelor's degree with credits in
    math? If so, you should look into LA Unified's Intern
    program. It's tuition free, you get paid while working
    towards a full teaching credential(as well as teaching full
    time as an intern teacher), and you're done in two years.

    I think they have pretty healthy demand for math teachers.
    There are other districts with intern programs in the LA area
    though I'm not sure if they're tuition free. Teaching in LA
    is urban teaching, and that's challenging, but that is why it
    is tuition free.

    I think it may be too late to get in for this year, but check
    into it ASAP because they sooner you get going, the sooner
    you're done.
