sorry for the last couple of incomplete posts _ still learning
    on the tablet.
So I see that Deedee is still posting gloom and doom. If you
are a new teacher on this board: do NOT listen to Doom and
Gloom Deedee. I don't know where Deedee teaches but all
boards are not as bad as she says. If you need help, ask your
p, vp or department head. NTIP is a requirement for new
teachers and will help you. I taught for 37 years in the
primary grades: the support is there, the kids are terrific,
you can still have fun in the classroom while you cover the
curriculum. Get off this chatboard, it is NOT going to help
    you!!!
