I know that everyone is busy, but pass it along if you can...Thanks Miki INVITATION TO TEACHER EFFICACY SURVEY Dear Listserv Subscriber, My name is Michelle Kitchen and I am an Educational Psychology doctoral learner at Capella University and I am working on my doctoral research project, “The Relationship between Teacher Efficacy and Teacher Reward Behaviors among Elementary General Education Teachers.” This study is designed to explore the relationship between teacher efficacy levels and classroom reward behaviors. To complete this study, I need Elementary General Education teachers to complete a short survey. The survey has been approved by my institution, Capella University, and consists of demographic, occupational, and educational questions. Participating in the brief online survey is encouraged, but voluntary. It should only take 10-15 minutes of your time and you may also choose to stop at any time without consequences. Your confidentiality and privacy will be completely protected, as personal information will not be requested. By completing and submitting the brief survey, you are consenting to be a participant. Your responses, while helpful to this researcher, will also help to provide relevant insight into current classroom practices.
