    Those who care for children should be paid well. If you
    expect her to drive your child to preschool, expect to pay
    more. Those two ages can be hell on a parent's nerves, even
    more so on a person not as emotionally invested as a parent
    is. You get what you pay for...if a childcare provider feels
    she's not being adequately paid, she may resent how hard the
    kids can be. Those ages are hard, esp. together, for a parent
    and even more so for a provider. Pay her what she's
    worth...she's caring for your most important posession.
