Better to be seen as a troublemaker than a dummy. And I've taught some who could have learned much better had they been in a different setting. ANd I've taught some kids, regular ed and special ed, who could care less about learning what I'm teaching-but had plenty of other things they wanted to learn, just maybe not at school.
