Instructor for Junior English School Research Institute

Small startup institute seeks a motivated teacher to
develop and implement an English Language Curriculum for a
small talented group of 6-7th grade students learning
English. Candidate will work with a maximum of six students
who have passed a placement test and are very eager to
learn.
In addition to working with a small group of talented
students, candidate will develop a curriculum geared to
build student's reading and debate skills as well as their
analytical and creative writing potential. In the future,
the Instructor's lessons will be used as a backbone for
real-time online instruction providing distant learning to
talented students. Accordingly, the candidate must have
some evening availability.
No prior teaching experience is necessary for this
position, however a strong academic background in education
or an English related field from a highly reputable school
is necessary. The position is full-time with high growth
potential within the institute, however part-time
candidates will also be considered. The institute is
located in Bergen County, New Jersey roughly 20-30 minutes
from Manhattan.
Salary is Dependent on Experience starting at 50,000/year,
with options for share in the institute's proceeds.
