Paper models kits of world famous architecture
Posted by Paper Landmarks on 1/28/09
Paper Landmarks are 3-dimensional replicas of famous
skyscrapers, bridges, temples and monuments of the present
and the past, which can be easily rebuild from prepared
cardboard parts. The models are finely detailed and express
the very nature of the landmarks they represent.
Paper Landmarks are ideal for :
* home interior design
* studies of form and structure
* school projects
* a very special gift
Paper models are also great promotional items and could be
personalized, resized or reshaped for any occasion.
Paper Landmarks are produced in two different versions:
PRE-CUT MODEL
No additional cutting is needed - every detail is already
cut very precisely! The width of openwork frame for some
models is as narrow as 1,5-2 mm, so be ready to fold the
parts very accurately! Glue should be used only at some
crucial spots. Bestselling kits are: Golden Gate Bridge,
Eiffel Tower, Brooklyn Bridge and Mayan Pyramid.
PRINTED MODEL
The scoring and cutting pattern is printed on the front side
so you could easily cut out the details and assemble the
model according to set-up instructions. The bestsellers are:
Globe Theatre, White House, The Parthenon, Colosseum and
Stonehenge.
Current catalog lists more than 50 different kits, all
containing the cardboard parts and step-by-step set-up
instructions with 3-D diagrams. Paperlandmarks Ltd makes
also custom designs from scratch, including assembly kits,
pop-up models, tear-out and pre-cut models form rigid and
colorful cardboard or full color layouts.
