Explore estimation and measurement with this set of 12
durable foam feet. Feet feature 1" increment markings,
plus 1/4", 1/2" and 3/4" markings on one side. Reverse
side is blank for approximation and nonstandard
measurement activities. Students can arrange feet on the
floor in a heel-toe line to measure distance. Or, to
practice estimating, students can hold an object up to the
unmarked side and approximate the object's length, then
check their estimate on the marked side. Use individually
or in small groups. Includes Activity Guide and 6 pairs of
feet in 6 colors: red, orange, yellow, green, blue and
purple. Feet measure approximately 12" long x 5" wide x
1/2" deep.
