Serosoft’s Academia aims to provide college administration
with all the tools that they need to run the college
activity with tremendous ease. It gives the features that
enable access to information pertaining to college
administration and students with few clicks. The user
friendly and WYSIWYG features make it simple to use and fast
to implement. The key stake holders in the system are
1. Administrator – The college administrator can perform all
activities in this system. From user creation to extracting
information by running reports, all functionalities can be
performed by the administrator. The policy and system
governance is in the hand of the administrator.
2. Officer – This user can perform some subsets of the
functionality that the administrator has. This functionality
relates to day to day data entry, entries related to student
queries and other functionalities in which direct
administrator intervention is not required. Delegating these
functionalities to the officer makes the work of
administrator easier and less time consuming.

information that pertains to them. Most data is read only
for the student with some action items like putting in the
request to issue certificates, course enrollment can be
performed by the student.
The system has the capability to make your college
administration transparent, easy and simple to implement.
The system is designed in such a way that it can turn into a
full featured customizable ERP solution for the college. To
