PIRATES! Literacy Bag--Primary Level

    Shiver Me Timbers! Just in time for the Halloween season,
    is a wonderful PIRATE THEMED literacy bag, There are TWO
    BAG LEVELS TO CHOOSE FROM. *Both are described and pictured
    below. The fun and educational activities are great to use
    in the classroom as instant centers or to send home as
    homework literacy bags. As always, all activities are
    laminated in thick 3 mil. laminating film and are printed
    on card stock for durability. $21.99 + $5 priority mail

    1. Adorable HAND-PAINTED canvas bag featuring a cute pirate
    ship. You choose what title (if any) you would like on the
    bag

    2. Treasure Chest Counting
    Students place the correct number of gold pirate coins on
    to each numbered treasure chest (1-10) includes 60 "gold"
    pirate coins.

    3. Number Sequencing
    Students put the numbered treasure chest in order from 1-10
    or reverse order from 10-1.

    4. Color Word/Color Matching
    Students match the colored pirate pennant to the pirate
    ship with the correct color word

    5. Pirate Positional Words
    Students use the pictures on the page to answer question
    about where other items are in relation to each other (up,
    down, above, under, next to, etc.) Students can also write
    the word in the blank using the given words.

    6. Pirate Phonics Game
    Students roll the die, pick a card. If the picture begins
    with the /p/ sound, the students move their token (gold
    coin) the number of space rolled on the die along the
    path. The first to reach the treasure chests wins.
    (Includes game board, 20 phonics picture cards, and die)

    7. Rhyming Pirates
    Students match together the two pirates with the rhyming
    words words on their hats (4 pairs)

    8. Cap'n Kidd Maze
    Navigate the maze to help Cap'n Kidd find the buried
    treasure.
