Learn It Team Members Receive:

Learn It Team Members Must:
*Attend mandatory paid Learn It Systems trainings
*Instruct 2-4 hours/sessions a week (after regular school
hours)
*Communicate frequently with parents
*Administer one on one and/or small group instruction using
the Learn It Systems diagnostic and prescriptive program
*Administer and score pre and post test assessments
*Track student attendance
*Prepare monthly progress reports; and
Motivate students to achieve.


Qualified Team Members Have:
*Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply
*a Bachelor’s degree (required)
*Valid teaching certificate (preferred)
*One year or more of classroom experience (preferred)
*Strong communication skills – ability to communicate with
students, parents, and administrators; and
*A desire to make a difference everyday in a child’s life
