As a new teacher, I have been warned against the teachers
lounge. I never go only to make copies . It is March now,
and I feel isolated, I feel like I have not made any
connections or learned much from the other teachers. This
article gave me the encouragement to actually sit down and
become part of a team instead of working in isolation.
