No, they are "why do you need to know?" questions. Unprompted
questions like:

"What did that cost?"
"What did your doctor say?
"How are you and your husband doing since he lost his job?"

Notice, I said "unprompted." A friend may want to talk to you
about these things. If so, they may bring them up in such a
way that those questions would seem natural. But if they
don't, then the question needlessly takes you into someone
else's personal business.
