A few questions popped up for me as a read.

What is the ideal coach to teacher ratio?

Out of what funding source are coaches paid?

Do districts ever decrease the number of classroom
teachers thus increasing class size in order to afford to
hire coaches? Also, if this is done, are the test scores
improved?

Where can we find Eric A. Hanushek's research? His
conclusions sound a bit frightening. I fear that because
of this we could see full day kindergartens changed back
to half day, and class size increases justified.
