Thank you for the book suggestion. Teaching is about making that difference. Last night was my open house and I felt important. My students wanted there pictures with me and the parents thanked me for my hard work. It is good to feel appreciated from time to time. As teachers we have to recognize those little steps children make and remember that our job is important.
