Hello,we are pleased to meet you here.This information maybe will give you a new idea to enjoy the fresh air and show you a new kind of experience in teaching. Currently,we are sincerely looking for full time English teachers to start working from March of 2005.Your involvement will greatly contribute to our improvements and infinite developments.
We are working on teaching in English language.We are not just a language school,but a language educational agent,meaning that we work and cooperate with educational bureau of government,which approaches to a public education system.We provide formal English teaching in different primary schools and junior middle schools.Teacher in our school has opportunity to change his working environment among different schools,which gives one a more interesting teaching style and experience enjoyed.Also this style of teaching in our school will make one refreshed and unwind,and easily fully make one's professional teaching experience involved and accessed.
We are very interested in your experience.The detail about our school are offered as below.
1. Only English native speakers,who come from Britain,America,Canada,Australia,Ireland and New Zealand.
2. One should have bachelor's degree at least.
3. Teaching experience is an important factor which will be taken into serious consideration.
4. Confidence in adjusting to multi-culture and getting along with colleagues and students.
5. A good health is definitely necessary.
6. Ability in teaching students from 6 to 17 years old and having fully confidence in teaching control.
7. Good communication skills and having skill at involoving in the patten of teaching or the change related to Chinese eduational system.
8. To be careful with dress during teaching.

* Benefits:
(1)Salary benefits.As a full time teacher in our school,we will pay RMB 4500 Yuan as basic salary for you per month for up to 20 hours' teaching workloads per week,as to extra working,we will pay you RMB 80 yuan per hour. A scale of weeks per month is figured to salary.
(2) Airfare allowance . When one completes one year's teaching contract,he will be paid RMB10,000 Yuan as airfare allowance. Meanwhile, RMB 5000 Yuan would be paid as airfare allowance of one's completing 6 months' teaching contract.
(3) Insurance provided. Insurance will be provided for a teacher who works as full-time.
*Housing :a reasonable standard rent-free apartment,which is equipped with basic living utilities and other extra facilities such as cabled TV,fridge,water heater,washing machine,telephone,free online surfing will be in office of school.
*As to chinese statutory holiday, you will have such paid-holiday as Chinese teachers.
*One day's off per week.
