I am looking and fustrated too. "Not what you know, but who".
Same thing happened to me, friend got a job she had gone to
school there and her sister too, sister was vp at another
school district. She had people pulling for her. My mentor
teacher didn't like me as I was older than her and she didn't
want me around, so she did not recommend me for a job that
she had input on (lead teacher in that grade) I don't know
what she said about me, but think she "black balled" me to
anyone who called that school as a reference.
I tried to post before, but don't think they put it up to read,
don't know why. Maybe they will let this through.
