    Javier,

The cost of living in California is a lot higher, also we
cover employee and employer contributions to retirement and
have excellent health care benefits. I have a friend who moved
here from the San Francisco area who makes less than she made
in CA, but is able to save and she was not able to do that in
CA! She is planning on pulling enough together to make a down
    payment on a house.

We have an immediate opening and need for a 4th grade
bilingual teacher. We are getting back together with teachers
monday, but obviously will work with you if you turn out to be
    a good fit.
Please email or call me ASAP if you are interested.
