Post: Unemployment

Posted by deb on 8/22/08

Hi all, I was a teacher for two years with great
evalutations then let go without a reason. I collected
unemployment and it ran out. Then I started substitute
teaching. For three months I only made 1,300 which was less
than my unemployment. So, Good news comes that I might be
eligible for extended unemployment because unemployment
levels are so high. Now that I am on payroll as a sub I
might not qualify. I got a letter stating I was not
eligible but I appealed it because sub jobs are slim. Does
anyone have advice. I'm barely hanging on with bills.
    Thanks fo your time.
