As usual school districts are always going to try and keep you in the dark about those and similar type matters. What I do is never, ever take that test, knowing full well the possible consequences. They can take those teacher insight tests and online apps and stick them sideways where the sun don't shine. If my resume, letters of recommendation and teacher's certificate, sent as an email attachment aren't good enough to get an interview, I'll move on. That's just my opinion, I could be wrong...
