Re: Gallup TeacherInsight test

I took it also and ask the district if I passed, I didn't care about a score. I had applied for jobs but not given an interview. I finally was for an interview only after I emailed HR and told them I had no way to know if I passed.About a day after that, I was called for an interview so I was knew I had passed. I found Gallup rude after I ask them how I would know. They said "do not contact us, call the district". It is a way to eliminate about 65% of the teachers just on that test to make it faster and get to only a few (of still hundreds) that will make it thru application, then eligible for interview. I read the district pay gallup about $75,000 a year to help them cut teachers thus saving time and money for the district.
