Post: Looking for a teaching job in small town in the north

Posted by Mr, C. John Biel on 9/21/08

I have begun my third year teaching in VA. I am also
licensed in PA. I have Middle School math, Middle School
Science, and El. Ed certifications. My wife and are are
desperate to relocate to a small town somewhere in the
northern part of the US. The moving process we are fine
with, and know how to do that, but am overwhelmed by the
process of trying to find a new teaching position.
Interviews are offered if I don't have that states license,
and no point in spending $, taking tests, and applying for a
state license if I do not need it. I know it is wrong time
of year, but any help or direction would be great.
