Post: edjoin.org

Posted by flo on 10/20/08

I have applied for at least 50 teaching jobs in the Central
Valley since the end of June. I've had three interviews
(and one offer of an interview, but it was too far away
from home) and I have a year and 1/2 of full-time
experience, yet I haven't heard form the majority of
districts to which I've applied. I have to wonder if edjoin
is dependable. A lot of times districts don't even LOOK at
my application. Anyone else have this experience? Also, I
thought more jobs would open up once the budget was signed
by the Governor. Anyone know of a state that is desperately
    looking for teachers??
