Yep.
Of course there is no guarantee of a "good"

What data do you have to support this? Again, you said that you "almost
always cannot ever work again in any school district in the United
States," so I'm sure you have data from nearly 50 states. Not just one
instance of something that happened to you and a couple buddies in one
state, right? Please provide a link to this data.

Please provide your data that indicates this staggering number of
terminated teachers who are "very, very seldom" hired. Do you have any?
Probably not. Now, you were maybe never hired elsewhere for whatever
reason, and maybe you've met a few others, but I personally know several
terminated teachers who got jobs. So, my anecdotal evidence matches
yours. Again, any data on this "blacklisting" or actual hard numbers on
people who don't get hired?

No its not. I've never heard of it, and I'm in education. Likely no one
outside of education have heard of anything of the sort, so its a very
tiny, tiny scandal at most.

Again, those words like "vast majority" indicate you have some sort of
numbers that prove this, but I'm thinking its just your experience and
people you meet at job fairs. Please provide those numbers and/or links
to the research/data.

Here are links to two organizations created to fight just what you're
talking about:
www.nea.org
www.aft.org/teachers

Yep. Heck, every professional field is like that. Look at banking. In
some cases banking isn't even about making money. There are ways to work
with pending foreclosures to either minimize loss or actually MAKE money
for the bank instead of taking a home that won't cover the loss and will
sit on the market for two years anyways. Do they do this? Nope. Its all
about following the rules and politics.
