If you are turned down for a loan, you have the right, under the
Fair Credit and Reporting Act, to know why. Personally, I think
the reasoning should be the same here. Basically, I see
districts refusing to interview anyone who has not passed this
test. That makes it a job requirement, like a BA degree or a
license. This requirement should be stated upfront and
    explained fully.

And how do these people know that the test doesn't contain bias
against minorities or men or women or older people who may
interpret the test questions differently or read social
situations differently? I want Gallup to prove that it doesn't
discriminate against me. What are the demographics of people
who take the test vs. people who pass? It's going to have to
take someone brave to call schools on this one.
