    Very frustrating. It may not be that they are jerking you
    around; they may just be dithering. You say you have been to
    over a dozen interviews but have gotten no offers. Are any
    of those jobs still open? Have you checked back? Maybe
    things are up in the air as far as budgeting and filling the
    positions. I would call HR and ask if your application is
    still being considered, is the position still open, is it
    going to be filled, etc. No harm in asking.
