    The trouble with that advice is you wil NEVER prevail over the district--NEVER. You are on the way out
    as it is. The best you could hope for is some kind of settlement.

    I would get out of there and perhaps seek legal counsel. You are literally risking your life trying to
    deal with a toxic workplace situation.
