    My daughter had a very similar situation in her 3rd year
    teaching. Non-tenured. She had so many observations from
    her director(a bitter woman) who was constantly changing
    directions. She was put on a PDP. She resigned since it
    was that or be non-renewed. She has not found a new job
    this year. STAY PUT!! Jobs are too hard to find. Grit your
    teeth and keep going.


    I am in a situation this school year that I am assuming is
