Re: Should I sub??
Posted by question on 10/17/09
I too am subbing, trying to get noticed. Usually, I arrive, sign in, say good morning to the people I enoucnter in the front office, go to the classroom, saying good morning to adults i encoutner along the way, arrive at the classroom, read the lesson plans, teach/supervise the class, try to get to know adults in the building during lunch or whenever. Usually everyone is so busy doing their own job that I often feel like "they" are not getting to know my teaching style and personality. sometimes I feel pretty invisible, except with the kids. Any suggestions?
