Re: need feedback
Posted by Catsister on 10/16/09

In my experience, if you ever call or e-mail to follow up on a job, you will be
blown off. They will say they haven't made up their mind if you reach them on
the phone, or they will not respond if you e-mail them. My aunt annoyed a
company for several months that eventually hired her, but that was after an
interview, and she had an agency as her intermediary. It was also not a teaching
    job.

You can call, but they'll probably say that they'll get in touch with you if they
need to. It's a long shot that your call will prompt them to call you in for an
interview, but I suppose you never know. You might call up and ask if they got
your resume (or whatever you filled out). In my experience, though, it's Don't
    Call Us, We'll Call You!
