    On the pay off a house comment, you might consider Las Vegas.
    Housing has fallen from expensive to crazy cheap in just a
    couple of years. You can get a 4BDRM for $80K that needs some
    work. Even still, after 100K, you've got the last house you'll
    ever need.

    CCSD has had cutbacks, like just about everywhere, but if you're
    interested in taking up administration, I hear it's a good
    district to be an administrator.
