What you might be looking for is schoolspring.com While they
don't compile every district in the country, they do seem to have
a lot of postings.

You may also find it hard to find job postings because you're an
elementary and social studies teacher. Those are two of the most
glutted fields in the country and also where they are cutting the
most. I wish you good luck, but you may want to look at adding
certifications that are higher need....
