THE LAMB

One of Blake's Songs of Innocence, in which the lamb and mankind are compared
to one another. Both are seen as creations of God.

THE SICK ROSE

Blake sees beauty in decay and comes to the conclusion that beauty is a fleeting
thing.

THE TYGER

One of Blake's Song of Experience, the creator of the tyger is seen as an evil and
dark force. The poet cannot believe that the same God who created the lamb could
have created the tyger.
