During the GI Bill's tenure starting in 1944, a great number of American servicemen took advantage of the opportunity to better their education and earning potential. Using information obtained from your text and research, discuss why the bill was originated and some of the ramifications of this bill on the lives of the servicemen and some of its effects on society. After completing this, locate someone in your community who used the bill to improve their life and incorporate their story into your paper.
