GAME

CIRCLE FORMATION STANDING
*Drum (a big one like a tubano) is placed in middle of circle
*Teacher explains rules

Rules:
*1st time teacher starts
*Walks up to drum on "Pease porriage hot" and hits on the rest
*Next person follows on "Pease porriage cold" and hits on rest
*Next person on "...in the pot 9 days old" and hits on that rest
!*IF PLAYER IS EARLY OR LATE THEY ARE OUT AND SIT
!!Be careful to pay attention, if the player in front of you is late YOU DON'T want to be late or you will be out also!!

Once this is mastered you can move to a bell. Bell is more difficult because you have to tap it w/ your toe on the rest

PS: Have them practice tapping beforehand so your desk bell doesn't get squashed :-)
