Materials Required: Imagination and pictures
Activity Time: 40 minutes
Concepts Taught: Short Story writing through the eyes of the writers.

Pick five photos that have a lot of color in them. Ask the students to pick one photo that they really like and name the photo. Then ask them to explain the photo in detail to the best of their ability. Then discuss the photo and their choices with them. Then ask them what they see happening next in their photo. Then have them draw what they see happening, when done drawing ask to write what is happening and so on. By the time you know they would have written and illustrated their own stories/
