Research Project (major test grade)

1: Age of patient (10 points give reasons why you picked this age can be from conception to geriatric)

2: Diagnosis. i.e. what is wrong with this patient how did you reach this diagnosis (20 points)?

3: Year of treatment (10 points)

4: Treatment (40 points with bibliography how was the treatment excepted by the patient)

5: Outcome (20 points with bibliography substantiating patient progress)

Presentation to class in two weeks written work must be handed in at that time
