Inspiration Educational Software
Development of Lesson
Introduction
Students will complete Inspiration activity on job behaviors and will conduct a mock job interview with family and\or community members as potential employers. Family and/or community members will then offer evaluation and feedback on student interview performance.

Methods/Procedures
Students will complete Inspiration activity, participate in classroom discussion and mock interview.

Accommodations/Adaptations

This lesson plan may require that special needs students be interviewed /evaluated by teaching staff


Assessment/Evaluation
Students will be evaluated on successful completion of Inspiration activity, and active participation in mock interview as well as evaluations submitted by mock interview participants

Closure
Students will discuss evaluations given by family and/or community members and then specify where improvements can be made
Teacher Reflection
This lesson plan will help to prepare students for transition to the world of work.
