Monte Vista High School - Danville - , Danville, CA USA
Materials Required: Paper, pencil, and preferably a graphing calculator!
Activity Time: 5 - 8 hours (done as a take-home test)
Concepts Taught: Writing equations of lines, circles, finding intersection of lines

I teach a honors trig class. I have written a program to generate triangles for my students. Each student is given hig own triangle and he must find all the points and equations associated with proving the Nine Point Theorems. If you email me, I will give you more details. PLEASE PUT "NINE POINT" IN THE COMMENT SPOT, otherwise, you may be accidentally deleted (I get lots of spam)!
I also have 1) an 8 point problem (similar to the above) and 2) an inscribed circle problem.

I can supply you with problems and answers to the above problems. The kids do like these (expecially when they check and they are done!)
