Hi,

I just found out that I will have a sp.ed. push in teacher
next year who will be there to service a few sp. ed.
students during my literacy time. During which block or
blocks would her services be best utilized? I do not do
ability level groups. And following the 4B model for 9
years, I've had fabulous results. I guess I don't
understand how the push-in is in the best interests of all
of the students.

I'd appreciate your input.

the teacher will be pushing in but this is something to go on.

For the kids who are very behind, I will choose 4 books for their bag, and they choose one....See More

:o) Michele I will have my push in teacher during SSR (which I *have* to call Centers), but I am pretty sure she has to use a certain curriculum. I will try to get her to do conferences and help her group choose books from their book tub, but I am not sure if that will fly. I like the idea of her choosing 4 and the child choosing one - I think I'll try to get ...See More
