Post: SpEd "push in"

Posted by Jeanne on 5/13/08

    Hi,

I just found out that I will have a sp.ed. push in teacher
next year who will be there to service a few sp. ed.
students during my literacy time. During which block or
blocks would her services be best utilized? I do not do
ability level groups. And following the 4B model for 9
    years, I've had fabulous results. I guess I don't
understand how the push-in is in the best interests of all
    of the students.

    I'd appreciate your input.
