I am not familiar with those levels of the Rigby books, but in
my experience Rigby books are good for fluency, but don't
have a lot of "meat" to them. Would it work to ask questions
such as:
What would you have done differently and why? If you could
change the ending of the story, how would you change it? How
are you like the main character?
Hope this helps
