Dear Trainer, I am in a school that brought in a trainer for a
few sessions on Six Traits. She had lots of enthusiasm, but
when she left I felt lost.
Do you have any suggestions for poetry to read in the 3rd
grade?
One concern I have is that I felt like each time I tried to
work a trait in the students would lose the skills they already
had worked on. My team decided to go to creating lessons with
books for some models of each trait with a writing to practice
after each model. Is there a book or website you would suggest
we look at for ideas to help us?
