She did away with reading recovery and replaced it with another
program similar. Instead of intensive 1:1 assistance students are
working 4:1.

Class sizes at the middle school level are much higher. Instead of
24:1 we are now running 28/32:1. This is a difference especially
due to the uniqueness of the middle school student.
