Tell me about a time you had a challenging situation/student and how you handled it? How you handle IEP students. Classroom management. If I asked your current coworkers about you, what would they say? Tell me about a lesson you did and the process from beginning to end?... plus the stuff SandArt said

It definitely is an advantage to have a phone interview. I remember when I become super nervous, I stood up and started pacing back and forth and from room to room. You can't do that in a face to face interview or as SandArt said have lots of materials in front of you.
