I have an interview Wednesday for a preschool disabled position in Germany. I am super nervous and do not believe I will do fantastic with a phone interview. Anyone on here has any advice for the questions that may be asked for this position. Thanks in advance

Spound28 SandArt thanks! I'm actually going to hang out in my car for my interview! I'm nervous if someone comes in or a deer walks by the backyard my dog will bark. I have family working in the system and they try to help but it all comes down to a learning experience for me. angel Tell me about a time you had a challenging situation/student and how you handled it? How you handle IEP students. Classroom management. If I asked your current coworkers about you, what would they say? Tell me about a lesson you did and the process from beginning to end?... plus the stuff SandArt said

angel It definitely is an advantage to have a phone interview. I remember when I become super nervous, I stood up and started pacing back and forth and from room to room. You can't do that in a face to face interview or as SandArt said have lots of materials in front of you.
